We have always tried and tested many new materials that can be used on the manufacture of dentures. For people with very low ridges who find it difficult to have a stable denture, the solution can be to have a full denture fitted over implants.

Another solution could be to have a permanent silicone based soft tissue which is permanently attached to the fitting sides of the denture. This gives great comfort, coupled with new impression techniques and monophase impression materials, the feedback we have had on these materials has been overwhelming.
